All online order payments are handled by a third party provider, PayPal. We use PayPal as they provide a professional and secure online payment processing system.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (the “regulations”) which came into force in the UK on 31st October 2000 we have:

1. Ensured that any product that can be purchased online from Philipsadler.co.uk you will be able to read a clear product description to make an informed purchase decision.

2. Upon placing an order and making a payment to Philipsadler.co.uk you are entitled to the cooling off period of 7 working days from the date of the initial order.

3. If you exercise your right to the cooling off period, in all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
